At kwamebaah.com customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please see our guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange of your purchased product:

 Return & Exchange Procedure:

All items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date to qualify for a full refund or exchange. The 30 days clock begins when the carrier provides confirmation of delivery to kwamebaah.com. This also applies to items purchased at our physical store and all trade shows and events (the 30 days clock for items purchased at the physical store and all trade shows begins when you leave the premises of the store or the location of the trade show or the event).

  1. Items that are being returned must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging or bag (if you bought at a trade show or event).
  2. Product damage that occurs after the customer wears the purchased item for any length of time does not qualify for a refund or exchange. However, it will be covered under the one-year craftsmanship free repair guarantee, and we will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  3. All purchased item that meets the requirements in bullets (1) and (2) can be exchanged for a shoe of equal value within 30 days of purchase. An exchange also requires a return of the original order, following the above guidelines provided for returns. We will process your exchange upon receipt of your return.
  4. For any refund or exchange, please email us (sales@kwamebaah.com) within 30 days period with your mailing address to receive a paid postage, or use the return label that was in your package if your package came with a return label.
  5. Package must be returned in original box.
  6. Make sure the merchandise is properly packaged to avoid damage during the transit.
  7. Include the copy of your purchase receipt.
  8. If we send a package and it is returned to us due to being unclaimed, we will not reship. We will process a refund.

 

Clearance: 

  1. Items that are on clearance do not come with one-year craftsmanship guarantee.
  2. All clearance items are “buy as is.”
  3. Any purchased clearance item that meets the requirements outline under return & exchange procedure can be returned or exchanged (for a shoe of equal or lesser value). However, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

 Our Guarantee:

1 year craftmanship repair/replace guarantee (Please see below for specifics)
The following are covered under the guarantee:
1. Straps pulling out where soles are not excessively worn
2. Delaminating of sole layers and heel
3. Frayed or loose stitching on uppers and footbeds

The following are NOT covered under the guarantee:
1. Outsole wearing out or worn through
2. Cuts, scratches, burns etc.
3. Deterioration from water abuse or other abuse
4. Excessive stretching
5. Animals chewing or abusing the product
6. Shrinkage from overexposure to extreme heat
7. Wear due to normal use

 

Refund Process

  1. Kwamebaah.com processes refunds in the original payment method within 48 hours of receiving the returned item(s).
  2. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
